SPEEDTEST RAVE x /baile 1st anniversary with Chediak & Crosstalk

The label that inspired /baile is finally coming to Tokyo. Inspired by SPEEDTEST RAVE, /baile is building a home for Baile Funk in Japan. Recognized by Bandcamp. Led by CEZA and DJ PS2 DESBLOQUEADO, with art direction by Victor Carsino and visual direction by Adrian Okumoto, our first year featured international heavyweights like D.Silvestre, local stage collaborations, and a recurring guest-host show on Room 303 Radio. SPEEDTEST RAVE is the community, label and party for Brazil's new underground electronic scene. Fusing the energy of Baile Funk with global soundsystem culture like UKG, Jungle, and D&B, their artists have earned support from Skrillex, Bicep, SHERELLE, and Hamdi. In July 2026, backed by the Brazilian Embassy, we bring this cultural exchange to Japan through shows and workshops, bridging the Brazilian and Japanese undergrounds. SPEEDTEST founder Chediak represents his culture by fusing Brazilian music with RAVE Genres. Recognized by Resident Advisor (Top 100 electronic albums of the last 25 years), supported by artists like underscores, he also produced music that's in Bomb Rush Cyberfunk soundtrack. After playing Tokyo's forestlimit and HVEN in 2024, he returns in 2026 to deliver his intense, distinctly Brazilian take on global rave culture. São Paulo-based producer Crosstalk exploded onto the global scene in 2023 with hits like "MAMADA DUB" and the million-streamed "5am" (ft. Chediak). Following standout EPs on Tabula Rasa and Daisy Chain Recordings, his highly sought-after tracks and edits are now in heavy rotation, earning massive support from heavyweights like Skrillex, Bicep, and Machinedrum.
