DJ / Founder of K.I.S.S. Born in 1990, STILLMOMENT launched the party andproject label K.I.S.S. in 2009. Since then, he has been curating live DJsessions that emphasize the immediacy of the dancefloor, inviting both domesticand international artists. While rooted in his local scene,he has expanded his reach to major venues and outdoor festivals across Japan,establishing a distinct presence. Drawing from hip-hop’s physicality as hisfoundation, he interprets the logic and groove inherent in Black music andtranslates it directly onto the floor. His approach is guided by hissignature concept 3D: Detroit, Dance, Dig, weaving together a continuumfrom vintage jazz, soul, and world music to a broad spectrum of house, techno,and independent sounds, all drawn from an extensive personal archive. Thismethodology dissolves the boundary between listening and dancing, transformingthe atmosphere of each space into a living groove. STILLMOMENT has released MIXTAPEs including the “good mornin’ Yanagawa” series and contributed mixesto platforms such as NTS Radio both in Japan and abroad. Recently, helaunched the regular night “ONE TWO” at Tokyo’s iconic GRASSROOTSin Higashi-Koenji. From Fukushima and the Tohoku region to major urban centers,STILLMOMENT continues to refine a unique, one-of-a-kind perspective thatbridges local scenes with the global stage. [KO UMEHARA (Komabano Oscillation Lab. / contatto / 惨劇の森)] DJ / Track Maker A DJ whose style centers on reading the floor's energy and building the groove layer by layer. Unbound by genre or format, they excel at selecting the optimal sound for each space and guiding the crowd to the peak through a natural flow. He prioritizes carefully conveying the energy inherent in dance music and the intrinsic appeal of the music itself, creating a sense of unity with the audience. Currently, he is a resident DJ for the indoor festival SYNCHRONICITY, hosted by - kikyu-, and is involved in the music label Komabano OscillationLab. with Shu Okuyama, He is active across Japan at various clubs, outdoor parties, and seedy bars, primarily through DJ WADA's party “contatto at forestlimit,” “deep distance at Kagurane,” and “Sangeki no Mori” (DJ Abraxas a.k.a Aquarium×Phonehead×Bushmind×Ko Umehara). [増田優作] Born in Sapporo in 1997. Started DJing around 2020 in Urawa, Saitama, and is now based in Tokyo, organizing events across various areas including Koenji, Nakano, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. Drawing on experience working at a record shop since the age of 20, consistently maintains a strong vinyl-oriented approach. Rooted in old-school sounds, plays a wide range of genres from house and techno to drum & bass, favoring raw and unpolished textures. At the same time, selections extend to jazz, Japanese records, and ambient music. Joined H.C.T.U. (HOUSE CITY TOKYO UNDERGROUND) in 2023. Currently updates an archive of old-school house records on Instagram on a daily basis. [Mau Sniggler（マユ・スニグラー）] Became a buyer at “7F TOWERBOOKS” in 2004, gaining early experience across diverse cultural scenes. In 2006, founded the project “Hello It’s Me.” Also formed the Sniggers, a unit exploring “femininestick pop hell,” releasing four mix works. Alongside this, launched himcast, an early Tokyo-based DJ mix distribution project. After a hiatus starting in 2015, returned in the 2020s. Released the mix Raise With Sorrow (2023), developed in response to the post-pandemic era. Currently active in Tokyo’s underground scene as a DJ/editor.
