本イベントは、野外フェスティバル「rural」のレジデントDJであるNaoのキュレーションのもと開催される。 ライブには、日本のエクスペリメンタル・シーンを横断するアーティストが集結する。 Yuko Arakiは、ノイズ、ポスト・インダストリアル・テクノ、実験的エレクトロニクスを横断する、日本を代表する実験音楽アーティストのひとり。ピアニストとしてのバックグラウンドを持ち、ミニマルな機材から高密度で圧倒的なサウンドスケープを構築するライブパフォーマンスで知られる。Room40からのリリースをはじめ、MUTEK JP、Cafe OTO、Unsafe+Soundsなど、国内外のフェスティバルやベニューに出演してきた。 Anna Yamadaは、シンガーソングライター／シンセサイザー奏者として活動し、Minibruteを用いた演奏と独自の歌世界を展開するアーティスト。アルバム『カラフル』（HEADZ）、『MONOKURO』などを発表し、多様なミュージシャンとのセッションやライブを通じて、電子音楽と歌のあいだにある新たな表現を探求している。 さらに、ブラウン管オシレーターによる光と音のパフォーマンスで知られるZVIZMO（伊東篤宏＋テンテンコ）が出演。電子回路と身体性が交差する、唯一無二のオーディオビジュアル体験を提示する。 DJには、東京のアンダーグラウンド・クラブシーンで異彩を放つMars89とNaoが登場。Mars89は、ダブステップ、ベースミュージック、インダストリアル、テクノを横断するサウンドで知られ、クラブミュージックとディストピア的な音響世界を往還する独自の表現で国際的な評価を得ている。 Dissolving Matter is a multimedia performance combining electroacoustic improvisation with digital film projection. The visual component is structured after Catalogo delle onde by Tiziano Scarpa and Anna Zemella, a poetic index of the waveforms found in the Venetian Lagoon. The music draws from material in Barene, an album by Leipold/Perret (to be released in November 2025 on the Basel-based label Hout Records). Centered around improvised guitar and drums, the performance unfolds at the intersection of free improvisation, ambient soundscapes, and experimental electronic music. Sound and image dissolve and reconfigure in real time. This event is curated by Nao, resident DJ of the outdoor festival rural. The live program brings together artists working across Japan’s experimental music scene. Yuko Araki is one of Japan’s leading experimental musicians, traversing noise, post-industrial techno, and experimental electronics. With a background in piano, she is known for her live performances that generate dense and immersive soundscapes from minimal equipment. Her work has been released on Room40, and she has performed at festivals and venues such as MUTEK JP, Cafe OTO, and Unsafe+Sounds. Anna Yamada is a singer-songwriter and synthesist whose performances combine Minibrute-driven sound with a distinctive vocal approach. She has released albums including Colorful (HEADZ) and MONOKURO, and continues to explore new forms between electronic music and song through collaborations and live work. Also performing is ZVIZMO (Atsuhiro Ito + Tentenko), known for their audiovisual performances using CRT oscillators. Their work creates a unique sensory experience where electronic circuitry and physical gesture intersect. DJ performances will be provided by Mars89 and Nao, both distinctive figures within Tokyo’s underground club scene. Mars89 is known for a hybrid sound spanning dubstep, bass music, industrial, and techno, and has gained international recognition for his dystopian sonic aesthetic that moves fluidly between club and experimental contexts.
