Sister Marion in Tokyo

Sister Marion, the enigmatic figure of London’s 5 Gate Temple crew, returns to Japan following last year’s tour with John T. Gast. Known for her geometrically twisted take on UK dub and mutant stepper rhythms, her DJ set traverses experimental bass and underground UK sounds, standing apart from the performance-obsessed scene. Alongside her, live sets come from Bleed Boi (Surburban Musik/ORMOLYCKA) and Rench Kee, while Akane, Shinobu Kanzaki (aka Keita Ishiguro), gilco, and Element take the decks. A night of sacred distortion awaits.
